Qualifications

• Experience in Relationship Management, Premium Customer Service, VIP Client Management or Client Services.
• Strong experience dealing with high-value, affluent, premium or VIP customers.
• Background in banking, financial services, premium cards, luxury hospitality, aviation or concierge services.
• Excellent English; Arabic would be an advantage.

• Manage relationships with premium and high-value customers; be their key contact.
• Deliver personalized and proactive service tailored to individual needs.
• Handle inquiries and complex service requests efficiently and professionally.
