Job summary

Private sector in Dubai seeks a Guest Relations professional to deliver exceptional client experiences and strengthen relationships with high-profile clients. You will manage a sophisticated guest journey, from first contact to post-purchase follow-up, ensuring personalization and brand alignment at every touchpoint.

The role requires 2–4 years in luxury settings, strong English communication, and comfort working with VIP clientele.

Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in Guest Relations, Luxury Hospitality, Customer Experience, Front Office, Concierge, or a similar client-facing role.
Experience within a luxury hospitality, retail, real estate, lifestyle, aviation, or premium service environment is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Russian is an advantage.
Additional languages are highly valued, particularly for an international clientele.
