Wynn Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a Reception Manager – Steakhouse by Alain Ducasse to lead the front-of-house team and deliver Forbes Travel Guide 5-Star service.

You will manage VIP reservations, review guest profiles, coordinate with culinary and service colleagues, and coach reception staff to ensure a warm, seamless guest experience from arrival to departure, while maintaining impeccable professional standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in reception/front-of-house management within luxury settings.
• Fluency in English; additional languages highly valued for guest interactions.
• Experience with Forbes Travel Guide 5-Star service standards is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage pre-arrival guest communication, reservations, preferences, and VIP arrangements.
• Review guest profiles and histories to anticipate needs and deliver personalized service.
• Coordinate VIP experiences with management, culinary, and service teams.
• Lead, coach, and develop the reception team to uphold Forbes service standards.
• Oversee reservations, waitlists, and flow to optimize seating and occupancy.
