Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Reception Manager for its Japanese restaurant to lead the front-of-house team within the luxury resort’s Forbes Travel Guide-aligned service culture. You will oversee reservations, VIP handling, guest preferences, and team coaching to deliver a polished arrival experience.

The role requires 3–5 years of leadership in upscale hospitality, fluent English, and ideally additional language skills to support a global guest base.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing reception or front-of-house in a high-end hospitality setting.
• Fluent English communications with guests, employees and management.
• Additional language skills (Arabic, Russian, French, Spanish, Japanese, Chinese, or Italian) highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage pre-arrival guest communication, reservations, preferences, special requests and VIP arrangements.
• Review guest profiles to anticipate needs and deliver personalized service.
• Coordinate VIP experiences with management and service teams to ensure seamless stays.
