Job summary

NMC Healthcare in Abu Dhabi is seeking a VIP Coordinator to manage reception intake and related administrative services for incoming patients. You will greet visitors, direct calls, and guide patients to the appropriate contacts within the hospital.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; hospital environment preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a receptionist in a patient-focused environment.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic internet browsing.
• Excellent oral and written English; Arabic language is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and families and assess the nature of their enquiry.
• Provide information and referrals to appropriate contacts.
• Advocate patients' rights, confidentiality, information and education.
• Develop and maintain feedback/complaint procedures for customers.
• Handle VIP patients from A to Z and accompany them during their hospital journey.
• Maintain accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers.
• Perform related duties incidental to the work described and supervise OSH compliance.
