Job summary

Atlantis Resorts seeks a Team Leader in Guest Relations to deliver personalized service to long-stay guests, repeat visitors, and VIPs. You will lead with a proactive, detail-oriented approach, collaborating across departments to fulfill special requests and maintain high guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include pre-arrival coordination, in-stay experiences, post-stay engagement, and coaching the team to uphold Forbes Five Star standards, ensuring a seamless and memorable luxury experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year front-office hotel experience, ideally in Guest Relations or VIP Services.
• Familiarity with Forbes Five Star standards and guidelines.
• Strong communication and proactive problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with long-stay guests, repeat visitors and VIPs.
• Handle pre-arrival communications and arrange welcome amenities and special requests.
• Monitor guest satisfaction during stay and address issues promptly.
• Conduct post-stay feedback calls and upsell hotel services where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles in Opera and related systems and coordinate with other departments.
• Provide leadership and coaching to team members to uphold service excellence.
