Atlantis The Royal is seeking a Team Leader in Guest Relations to deliver exceptional, personalized service to long-stay and VIP guests. You will lead by example, anticipate guest needs, and collaborate with multiple departments to fulfill requests and drive loyalty.

The role requires strong leadership, proactive problem solving, and excellent communication skills to maintain the high Forbes Travel Guide standards across all guest touchpoints.

Qualifications

• 1 year of front-line hotel experience, preferably Guest Relations, Front Services or VIP Services.
• Strong understanding of Forbes Five Star guidelines and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with long-stay, repeat and VIP guests staying in standard rooms.
• Coordinate pre-arrival communications and ensure special requests are prepared.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and conduct daily rounds to gather feedback.
