Job summary

The Royal Stables Private Members Club in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Guest Relations Host (Butler) to provide personalised, discreet, and exceptional service to members, VIPs, and guests. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, providing bespoke butler service, and coordinating with multiple teams to deliver a seamless luxury experience.

Candidates should have 2+ years in luxury hospitality or similar roles, experience with VIP guests, and fluency in English (Arabic a plus).

Qualifications

• 2+ years in butler, guest relations, luxury hospitality or similar.
• Experience serving VIP and international guests.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Knowledge of luxury service standards and etiquette.
• Warm, discreet, attentive, hospitable demeanor.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver proactive service.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and warmly receive members, VIPs, and guests.
• Provide personalised butler-style service throughout the guest experience.
• Anticipate and respond to member needs and requests.
• Coordinate with concierge, valet, hospitality, and events teams.
• Assist with seating, dining, reservations, and special arrangements.
• Maintain luxury standards in guest areas and service settings.
• Handle enquiries and feedback professionally and discreetly.
• Ensure seamless experience from arrival through departure.
• Report operational issues to the relevant manager.
• Perform other guest relations and hospitality duties as required.
