Job summary

The Royal Stables Private Members Club in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Membership Host to create a warm, personalised experience for members and guests. You will welcome arrivals, assist with enquiries and bookings, and coordinate with multiple teams to ensure a seamless, luxury experience.

Applicants should have 2+ years in guest relations or similar roles, excellent communication, and a polished, professional demeanor. English fluency is required; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in guest relations, hospitality, concierge, front-of-house, private clubs, or similar role.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Warm, confident, personable and attentive approach.
• Professional appearance, grooming and manner.
• Experience with VIP, high-net-worth or international guests desirable.
• Fluency in English required; Arabic desirable.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet members and guests warmly upon arrival.
• Create a friendly, engaging, personalised experience for members.
• Maintain a visible, professional presence across the club facilities.
• Assist members with enquiries, bookings, reservations and info.
• Build positive relationships with members and guests.
• Provide information about facilities, services, events and experiences.
• Support smooth arrival and departure for members and guests.
• Coordinate with front-of-house, hospitality, events and operations teams.
• Assist with member-only events and social gatherings.
• Anticipate needs and deliver proactive service.
• Handle feedback and concerns professionally; escalate when needed.
• Maintain high standards of presentation, etiquette and service.
• Support member onboarding and introductions to facilities and benefits.
