Qualifications

• Diploma or relevant qualification in Hospitality (preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in a Host/Hostess or premium customer-facing role.
• Warm, confident, and sophisticated communication style with strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills to manage reservations and guest flow.
• Comfortable using reservation and guest management systems.
• High level of discretion, cultural awareness, and attention to detail.
• Composed and adaptable with a passion for creating memorable member experiences.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests warmly with a personalised arrival experience.
• Manage reservations, seating plans, waitlists, and table allocations.
• Recognise returning members, preferences, and VIP requirements.
• Coordinate with Food & Beverage and Culinary teams for smooth seating and service flow.
• Respond to menus, club facilities, events, and experiences inquiries.
• Maintain accurate member information with confidentiality.
• Address member and guest feedback promptly and professionally.
• Support service flow during busy periods.
