Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island in the UAE seeks a Reception Manager - Greek Restaurant to lead front-of-house operations for a luxury Greek dining venue. You will manage reservations, guest preferences, VIP arrangements, and service pacing to deliver an elevated arrival experience consistent with Wynn and Forbes standards.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in high-end hospitality, fluency in English, and a track record of supervising reception teams.

Qualifications

3–5 years of hands-on reception/front-of-house experience in luxury hospitality
Fluent English; professional guest communications
Multilingual ability valued (Arabic, French, Spanish, Japanese, Chinese, Italian)
Experience in international hospitality environments preferred
Familiarity with Forbes Travel Guide 5-Star service standards and SevenRooms is preferred
Proven leadership and people-management skills

Responsibilities

Manage pre-arrival guest communications, reservations, preferences, VIP requests
Review guest profiles to deliver personalized service
Coordinate VIP experiences with management, culinary and service teams
Deliver warm, polished arrival experience aligned with Wynn and Forbes standards
Oversee reservations, waitlists, walk-ins via systems like SevenRooms
Lead and develop the reception team in guest engagement and service pacing
Conduct daily briefings on reservations and VIPs
Capture guest feedback and support service recovery and continuous improvement
