Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Telemarketer to join our Gaming Marketing Services Team in Ras Al Khaimah. You will conduct outbound and inbound calls to promote gaming programs, events, and loyalty benefits while growing a qualified guest database and achieving targets.

Ideal candidates have telemarketing or customer service experience, strong selling skills, and fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in telemarketing, call center, or customer service, preferably in gaming or hospitality.
• Strong sales, persuasion, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; multilingual skills (Arabic, Russian, Hindi, or Mandarin) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries to promote gaming programs, events, and loyalty benefits.
• Grow and maintain a database of qualified gaming customers through follow-up and relationship building.
• Hit individual and team targets for call volume, conversions, and revenue contributions.
• Provide guests with accurate information about gaming offerings and resort amenities.
• Record interactions in CRM systems with detailed notes and updates.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Gaming Operations, and VIP teams to align campaigns.
