Wynn Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking an Assistant Vice President to lead Domestic Marketing. You will shape regional strategy across UAE, GCC, and MENA, drive revenue growth, and oversee VIP development initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s preferred.
8–12 years of progressive leadership experience in gaming marketing or premium environments.
Experience driving multi-market revenue growth in GCC/MENA or similar regions.
Strong leadership of cross-functional teams and partners.

Responsibilities

Drive regionally tailored marketing to grow gaming revenue across UAE, GCC and key MENA feeder markets.
Develop multi-market business plans to optimize theoretical win, ADT, and yield by segment.
Identify high-value markets and deploy ROI-driven acquisition/reactivation strategies.
Monitor KPIs and adjust strategies to ensure sustained growth and profitability.
Support annual budget planning and long-term strategic initiatives.
Lead Player Development and VIP Host teams with revenue accountability.
