Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Director - Gaming Telemarketing Call Center to lead the Gaming Marketing Services team and launch a high-velocity call center operation in the UAE. The role requires building scalable infrastructure, staffing, training, and establishing KPIs, governance, and compliance in a fast-paced, high-regulation environment.

Competenze

• Minimum 8–10 years in call center ops.
• 3–5 years in leadership/operations management.
• Experience scaling startup call centers.
• Proven ability to manage multinational teams.
• Deep knowledge of CRM, VOIP and WFM.
• Familiarity with UAE gaming regs and AML/CTF.
• Excellent communication and English fluency.

Mansioni

• Strategic planning for call center infrastructure, staffing, and SOPs.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training of coordinators and supervisors.
• Oversee daily operations, SLAs, quality, and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with UAE gaming regulations and AML/CTF.
