Job summary
OKX is looking for a sales and account management professional to engage VIP retail clients in the CIS region. You will manage a portfolio of high-value accounts, strengthening relationships and driving business growth through effective sales strategies.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Serve as a key point of contact for VIP clients.
- Proactively identify and prospect new VIP clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Guide clients through OKX's product suite.
- Drive VIP upgrades and upsell product configurations.
- Support revenue targets by identifying growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with other teams to relay client feedback.
- Participate in regional events and business development.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
