Job summary
OKX is seeking a Relationship Manager / VIP Accounts Manager in Dubai to lead account management within the VIP retail program in the CIS. The manager will proactively engage with trading VIP clients, enhance relationships, and support their needs on the OKX platform. Candidates should have experience in account management related to Cryptocurrency or Finance, strong communication and client management skills, and be fluent in English and Russian. Qualifications
- Account management experience in Cryptocurrency, Finance, or related fields.
- Strong client management with ability to maintain relationships.

- Understanding of trading systems and APIs is a plus.

- Act as primary contact for VIP clients.
