Lufthansa Technik invites experienced sales professionals to drive VIP corporate sales across the region, winning, growing, and retaining high-value customers. You will lead client strategy, coordinate with internal teams, and negotiate complex contracts to maximize business opportunities.

The role requires a university degree and at least three years in sales, with strong English proficiency and willingness to travel within the region.

Qualifikationen

• Completed university degree in a relevant field (industrial engineering, engineering, business administration or economics).
• Minimum three years of professional sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of business fundamentals and aviation contract law; technical understanding of aviation.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent business English; Arabic knowledge desirable but not mandatory.
• Ability to work well in a team and deliver strong customer service.
• Willingness to travel; residence options: DXB, RUH, JED or HAM.

Aufgaben

• Build and maintain relationships with high-value customers across the region.
• Plan, execute and follow up on customer activities to acquire and develop clients for LHT and LHT Group; retain customers.
• Identify potential clients and implement individual client strategies.
• Manage sales projects and coordinate with internal teams to deliver offers and contracts.
• Identify customer needs and develop offers and negotiation strategies.
• Draft and review offers, contracts, and documents for acquisition; coordinate with central departments and management.
• Lead contract negotiations with stakeholder teams and resolve issues during service provision.
• Observe market trends and provide insights to product management and business intelligence.
• Participate in marketing and customer events.
