Job summary

Vista Global, a leading aviation group in the UAE, is seeking a Sales Director for new-client acquisition in Dubai. You will source opportunities, win meetings, and close deals across VistaJet Program, XO Memberships, and ad-hoc charters.

You will own the pipeline, drive the full sales cycle, and hand off clients for onboarding. Experience with high-net-worth clients and C-level executives is essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in new-business, hunter-style sales.
• Experience selling high-value products or services.
• French language is desirable.
• Experience engaging high-net-worth individuals and C-level executives.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business by identifying and prospecting client opportunities for VistaJet Program, XO Memberships and ad-hoc charter flights.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects, prioritising quality of leads over volume.
• Own the full new-business sales cycle: lead generation, first meeting, proposal, negotiation and close.
• Convert meetings into opportunities and opportunities into new program membership.
• Hand over won accounts to Client Services or Account Management for onboarding.
• Log all sales activity in Salesforce in real time.
