Job summary

OKX is a leading cryptocurrency exchange expanding in the MENA region. The Senior BD Manager will own affiliate growth strategy and execution for OKX in the region, coordinating with the global team and leading regional BD managers.

You will manage a team of affiliate managers, develop affiliate/KOL relationships, and drive user acquisition through influencer partnerships and strategic campaigns.

About The Opportunity

What You'll Be Doing

What We Look For In You

• Solid experience in Cryptocurrency, Finance, FX, or related space, with a track record in building large affiliate networks.
• Experience leading a team of business development or affiliate managers.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Understanding of affiliate customer acquisition KPIs and optimization methods to improve performance through data analysis and segmentation.
• Fluency in English; fluency in Arabic is a definite plus.
