Job summary

You’ll identify prospects, build relationships, guide clients through onboarding and platform features, and drive revenue through strategic partnerships in crypto trading and digital assets.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in business development, account management, VIP sales, or client services within cryptocurrency, finance, FX, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and onboard prospective VIP clients across the MENA region.
• Build and strengthen client relationships through strategic outreach and profiling.
• Develop a pipeline of high-value prospects through market intelligence, referrals, events, and networks.
• Guide clients through product offerings, VIP structure, onboarding journey, and platform updates.
• Drive revenue growth by converting opportunities and expanding engagement across accounts.
• Collaborate with growth, product, and BI teams to support client acquisition and experiences.
• Contribute to regional growth strategies and participate in events and campaigns.
