Qualifications

• Background in hospitality, tourism, travel, or related fields.
• Experience meeting performance metrics (e.g., Concierge roles).
• Familiarity with end-to-end reservation processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage B2C guest reservations with accuracy and personalized service.
• Coordinate with B2B partners to streamline booking processes.
• Handle guest complaints and escalate when necessary.

Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Ability to convert inquiries into sales

Fluency in English

Proficient in Microsoft Office and booking systems

Additional languages (Arabic, Russian, German, Mandarin)

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Tourism, Hospitality, Sales preferred)
