Job summary

OKX is seeking a Sales and Account Management professional focused on VIP retail clients in the CIS region. You will own a portfolio of high-value trading accounts, build relationships, drive upgrades, and proactively prospect to grow OKX's presence in the CIS.

You will work with regional growth, product, and BI teams to be the on-the-ground contact for CIS VIP traders, combining client servicing with proactive sales.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development, or account management.
• Familiarity with crypto exchanges or derivatives is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as key contact for VIP clients, supporting their day-to-day needs.
• Prospect new VIP-tier clients through outreach, events, and referrals.
• Own full sales cycle from lead to onboarding.
• Guide clients through OKX product suite and VIP benefits.
• Drive VIP upgrades and upsell product configurations.
• Support revenue targets by identifying growth opportunities in accounts.
• relay client feedback to Product/Engineering/Marketing.
• Participate in regional events, activations, and business development.
• Monitor market trends to sharpen OKX VIP proposition.
• Operate in compliance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
