Desert Islands Resort & Spa by Anantara in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Villa Host to deliver personalised guest experiences for villa guests from pre-arrival to post-departure. You will coordinate with departments to fulfill guest preferences, escort guests to villas, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the stay.

Responsibilities include arranging dining, excursions, amenities, and special in-villa services, while maintaining villa facilities and guest profiles.

Formación

• Previous experience in Front Office, Guest Relations or a similar hospitality role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Contact guests prior to arrival to understand their preferences and requirements.
• Prepare villas and residences according to guest preferences and established standards.
• Welcome guests upon arrival, escort them to their villas and introduce resort facilities and services.
• Coordinate guest requests with relevant departments and ensure timely follow-up.
• Provide personalised assistance throughout the guest stay, including dining arrangements, excursions and special requests.
• Arrange guest amenities, complimentary items and special in-villa services.
