Job summary

Anantara Desert Islands Resort & Spa by Anantara is seeking a Front Office / Guest Relations professional to deliver personalised guest service across pre-arrival to post-departure. You will be the main contact for guests staying in villas and residences, coordinating with departments to fulfill their preferences.

Ideal candidates have experience in hospitality, excellent English, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible hours in a remote resort location in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Experience in Front Office or Guest Relations
• Strong guest service and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/public holidays
• Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are a plus

Responsibilities

• Contact guests prior to arrival to understand preferences and requirements
• Prepare villas and residences according to guest preferences and standards
• Welcome guests upon arrival and orient them to facilities and services
• Coordinate guest requests with relevant departments and ensure timely follow-up
• Provide personalised assistance throughout the stay including dining arrangements and excursions
• Arrange guest amenities and in-villa services
• Maintain villa facilities and equipment and assist with departures
