Qualifications

• Previous experience in Front Office or Guest Relations within hospitality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive problem-solver with guest-centric approach.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver personalised service.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Solid knowledge of hotel operations and guest service standards.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contact guests prior to arrival to understand preferences and requirements.
• Prepare villas and residences according to guest preferences and standards.
• Welcome guests on arrival, escort to villas and brief on facilities.
• Coordinate guest requests with departments and ensure timely follow-up.
• Provide personalised assistance during stay, including dining and excursions.
• Arrange guest amenities, in-villa services and special requests.
• Maintain villa facilities, private cellars and guest equipment.
• Assist with check-out, including luggage and transportation.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and update profiles.
• Follow resort policies, SOPs and safety guidelines.
