Job summary

Minor International's Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort is seeking a Villa Host to deliver highly personalized, attentive service and anticipate guest needs. You will take ownership of all assigned villas, ensuring cleanliness, maintenance and exceptional guest satisfaction.

We value friendly, outgoing professionals who can work independently with strong decision-making abilities and excellent English communication. Experience in quality hotels is preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in English; foreign languages advantageous.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Butler/Villa Host; preferably in a similar quality hotel.
• Friendly and outgoing demeanor.
• Proactive, resourceful and able to work independently.
• Strong decision making abilities.

Responsibilities

• As a Villa Host, maximize and exceed guest satisfaction by delivering highly personalized, efficient and responsive service with attention to detail, anticipating guest needs.
• Take ownership and leadership of all villas assigned to you, including supervising, directing, assisting and ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of guest villas.
• Villa Host is instrumental to achieving the highest professional standards of service to our guests.
