Qualifications

Knowledge of ISO 14001:2015 (EMS) standards and ability to comply with HRDCH environmental management procedures.

Responsibilities

To assist in ensuring that culinary employees deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times.
To handle guest inquiries courteously and efficiently and report guest complaints or problems to supervisors if no immediate solution can be found and assure follow-up with guests.
Ensure that employees follow all hotel, company, and local rules, policies, and regulations relating to fire and hazard safety, and security.
