We are looking for a dynamic senior leader who combines strong student and pastoral leadership with effective school operations, staff management, regulatory compliance, inspection readiness and school improvement experience.
- Bachelor’s degree + recognized teaching/educational qualification
- Significant UAE private-school experience
- Recent, practical MOE Curriculum experience
- Proven leadership at Vice Principal / Assistant Principal / Head of Section / equivalent level
- Strong student, staff and operational leadership
- Excellent Arabic & English communication skills
- Master’s in Education/Educational Leadership, Dubai leadership experience, Boys’ Section experience and a track record of contributing to improved inspection/evaluation outcomes.

- School inspection/evaluation processes
- Safeguarding and child protection
