Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all MOE subjects including Arabic, Islamic Studies, and related curriculum areas across the school
• Ensure a safe and secure environment that supports students' academic, social, and emotional development
• Maintain full compliance of the MOE programme with legal, financial, organisational, and regulatory requirements
• Support the Principal in strategic planning, policy development, and school improvement initiatives aligned with accreditation standards
• Oversee curriculum development, instructional quality, extracurricular activities, timetabling, and quality assurance for MOE subjects
• Monitor the effectiveness of teaching practices, assessment systems, and student learning outcomes
• Act as an advocate and spokesperson for MOE programmes with parents, students, teachers, and external stakeholders
• Lead the design and implementation of curriculum, instruction, and standards‑based assessment practices
