Key Responsibilities

• Support the Principal and contribute to the strategic leadership of the school as a core member of the Senior Leadership Team.
• Lead day-to-day academic operations and overall management of the Secondary wing.
• Uphold the school's vision, mission, values, and educational policies across all teaching and learning activities.
• Ensure strong implementation of CBSE curriculum standards and board examination assessment requirements.
• Drive school improvement plans, self‑evaluation processes, and academic performance enhancement strategies.
• Supervise instructional programs by reviewing lesson plans, conducting classroom observations, and improving teaching quality.
• Promote best‑practice pedagogy and maintain high standards in teaching, learning, and assessment delivery.
• Oversee discipline, attendance systems, and student safeguarding procedures with consistency and fairness.

Ideal Profile

• Master's degree in Education or an education‑related field.
