Job summary

Arkynn Group is seeking a senior sales leader for a fast-growing SaaS client focused on optimizing customer service operations. You will develop and execute the sales strategy, lead a high-performing team, and manage key accounts to drive revenue growth.

You will collaborate with marketing and product teams, analyze sales metrics, and present opportunities for improvement. Fluency in English and Cantonese or Mandarin is required, with generous travel and compensation included.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in sales leadership roles, preferably in SaaS.
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams.
• Strong understanding of customer service and contact center operations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English and Cantonese or Mandarin.
