Job summary

Chalhoub Group, a luxury retailer operating across the Middle East and LATAM, seeks a senior Loyalty leader to own the Group Loyalty P&L end-to-end and drive the commercial evolution of MUSE and Elite propositions. You will lead the loyalty team, set priorities across multi-market programmes, and partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver measurable revenue growth.

The role requires deep P&L experience, strong analytical capabilities with member data, and the ability to navigate

Qualifications

• Senior loyalty leadership with end-to-end P&L ownership.
• Experience with multi-market loyalty programmes and analytics.
• Understanding of points liability, breakage, rewards costs and partner economics.
• Proven ability to deliver measurable commercial results.

Responsibilities

• Own Group Loyalty P&L end-to-end including revenue, costs and forecasting.
• Lead execution of the loyalty product roadmap across LMS, CBCC, Gift Card and MUSE app.
• Own the commercial evolution of MUSE and Elite member propositions.
• Set priorities and hold workstream owners accountable across teams.
• Act as senior loyalty business owner for stakeholders and partners.
• Lead and develop the Loyalty team.

• Act as senior Loyalty business owner for internal and external stakeholders and partners
• Lead and develop the Loyalty team

Requirements

• Senior leadership experience on a live, multi-market loyalty programme
• Proven P&L ownership and measurable commercial results
• Understanding of points liability, breakage, rewards costs and partner economics
• Strong analytical capability with member and financial data
• Experience negotiating commercial partnerships
• Ability to deliver in a matrix organisation
