Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Business Development Engineer, LV Partnerships to drive growth of LV switchgear through strategic partnerships, with a primary focus on Data Center and Commercial & Industrial segments. The role involves developing joint go-to-market initiatives, building strong partner relationships, and delivering technical and commercial value.

The candidate will work with Sales, Segment, Marketing, Product Management, and Engineering to align activities and accelerate market penetration,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years in business development, technical sales, application engineering, sales engineering, or related customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

Drive growth of Eaton's LV switchgear business through partnerships.
Develop partnership plans targeting Data Center (DC) and Commercial & Industrial (C&I) segments.
Identify, evaluate and develop strategic partners and expand growth opportunities with existing partners.
Create joint go-to-market initiatives and provide technical input to generate demand.
Develop technical business cases and value propositions to support opportunities.
Collaborate with Sales, Segment, Marketing, Product Management and Engineering to align activities.
