Job summary

Schneider Electric in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead MV/LV projects, including retrofits and modernization. You own projects end-to-end, ensuring margin protection, digital execution, and customer satisfaction.

The role leverages mySchneider, Salesforce, and ERP to streamline sales-to-execution transitions, contract creation, and progress tracking across the project lifecycle, while aligning with HSE and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
• 10 years in project management of MV/LV equipment and packages.
• PMP certification mandatory; Schneider PM certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead full life cycle of MV/LV electrical projects: scope validation, procurement, site works, commissioning, and handover.
• Track and manage project financials (budget, revenue forecasts, gross margin).
• Coordinate with Field Services, Engineering, and Supply Chain for material readiness.
• Use digital platforms for project creation, documentation, and invoicing.
• Ensure HSE compliance and quality standards throughout execution.
