Job summary

Galadari Brothers Co. LLC in Dubai is seeking an experienced Vehicle Delivery Coordinator to manage the end-to-end handover process for customers.

You will ensure vehicles are delivered clean, inspected, and ready, and you will coordinate with Sales, Finance, Insurance, Registration, and Workshop to guarantee timely handover. The role requires strong customer-focused communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work with multiple departments to maintain showroom standards and deliver

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in automotive dealerships, vehicle delivery, showroom operations, customer service, or a related field.
• UAE automotive dealership experience is preferred.
• Good knowledge of vehicle delivery, registration, insurance, and dealership processes.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred/required depending on business requirements.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments.
• Customer-focused with a professional and presentable approach.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery deadlines.
• Basic computer and MS Office skills.
• High school diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage end-to-end vehicle delivery process for customers.
• Ensure vehicles are fully prepared, cleaned, inspected, and ready for handover.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Insurance, Registration, Workshop, and other relevant departments to ensure timely delivery.
• Verify that all required vehicle and customer documentation is complete and accurate prior to delivery.
• Confirm vehicle registration, insurance, payment, accessories, and other delivery requirements before releasing the vehicle.
• Conduct a professional vehicle handover and explain key features, controls and basic functions to the customer.
• Ensure the customer receives all relevant documents, keys, manuals, accessories and other applicable items.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and update internal systems with delivery status and relevant details.
• Coordinate with customers to confirm delivery appointments and communicate any changes or delays promptly.
• Conduct a final vehicle inspection before handover to ensure the vehicle meets showroom quality standards.
• Escalate any vehicle defects, missing documents or delivery issues to the concerned department for immediate resolution.
• Ensure the delivery area and vehicle presentation meet the brand's required standards.
• Collect customer feedback following the vehicle handover and elevate any concerns to the Sales Customer Experience team.
• Support the Sales team in ensuring a smooth and positive customer journey from booking confirmation through final delivery.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Perform any other duties related to showroom and vehicle delivery operations as assigned by management.
