Job summary

Flowserve Corporation is hiring a Project Engineer in Abu Dhabi to coordinate end-to-end valve supply orders, manage technical and commercial approvals, procurement, and cross-functional teamwork to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires an engineering background with 5+ years in project management, preferably in the valve industry, and strong proficiency in MS Office. You will interact with global customers and drive quality documentation and delivery timelines.

Qualifications

• Understand technical and commercial requirements of the contract.
• Book the order in the system after technical and commercial review.
• Coordinate with Buyer for ordering materials with right technical specifications.
• Expedite with suppliers and manufacturing sites.
• Prepare Inspection and Test plans.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end execution of valve supply orders to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with Engineering and customer for drawings approvals.
• Ensure orders are shipped within contractual delivery time.
• Provide tactical guidance on specification deviations and waivers as needed.
• Support production with timely information and documentation.
