Job summary

Samamat Flow Control in Dubai, UAE seeks a Project Management Executive (Female) to coordinate manufacturing and delivery of industrial valve products. You will manage project timelines, liaise with engineering, procurement and production teams, and ensure timely updates and on-budget delivery.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, has strong organizational and communication skills, and is comfortable with MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management.

Responsibilities

• Project Coordination & Scheduling: Coordinate and monitor project timelines for the production of industrial valves, ensuring all stages (design, procurement, manufacturing, testing, and delivery) are on track.
• Team Collaboration & Communication: Facilitate communication between internal teams and external suppliers or clients to ensure project alignment.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, meeting minutes, status reports, and any technical documentation.
• Issue Resolution & Problem-Solving: Identify and address issues impacting timelines and coordinate with the PM to elevate critical issues when needed.
• Client & Supplier Coordination: Manage client expectations and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Support Project Manager: Provide administrative support and help ensure projects run within scope, on time, and on budget.
