Responsibilities

• Project Coordination & Scheduling: Coordinate and monitor project timelines for the production of industrial valves, ensuring all stages (design, procurement, manufacturing, testing, and delivery) are on track.
• Team Collaboration & Communication: Facilitate communication between internal teams and external suppliers or clients to ensure project alignment.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, meeting minutes, status reports, and any technical documentation.
• Issue Resolution & Problem-Solving: Identify and address issues impacting timelines and coordinate with the PM to elevate critical issues when needed.
• Client & Supplier Coordination: Manage client expectations and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Support Project Manager: Provide administrative support and help ensure projects run within scope, on time, and on budget.

Full job descriptionSamamat Flow Control is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Management Executive (Female) to support the manufacturing and delivery of industrial valve products. This role is primarily focused on the coordination of project activities, ensuring smooth communication, efficient scheduling, and timely delivery of products. The ideal candidate will have a background in Mechanical Engineering and a solid understanding of manufacturing processes, particularly in the industrial valve sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Coordination & Scheduling:Coordinate and monitor project timelines for the production of industrial valves, ensuring all stages (design, procurement, manufacturing, testing, and delivery) are on track. Communicate with engineering, procurement, and production teams to ensure that resources are allocated efficiently and project deadlines are met.
• Team Collaboration & Communication:Facilitate communication between internal teams (engineering, quality control, procurement, and production) and external suppliers or clients to ensure project alignment. Coordinate regular project update meetings, track action items, and follow up to ensure tasks are completed on time. Address any communication gaps or issues that arise during the project execution and take the necessary steps to resolve them.
• Documentation & Reporting:Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, meeting minutes, status reports, and any technical documentation related to valve manufacturing. Provide regular project updates to senior management, tracking project progress, potential risks, and any changes in scope, timeline, or costs. Prepare and distribute project reports to clients and stakeholders, ensuring they are informed of delivery schedules, project milestones, and any issues or delays.
• Issue Resolution & Problem-Solving:Quickly identify and address any issues or obstacles that may impact the project timeline, including supply chain delays, technical challenges, or resource allocation problems. Work with the Project Manager to elevate critical issues when necessary and support problem-solving efforts to keep projects on track.
• Client & Supplier Coordination:Assist in managing client expectations, ensuring timely delivery and quality of valve products. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure that all necessary materials, components, and equipment are sourced and delivered as required for manufacturing.
• Support Project Manager:Provide overall administrative and coordination support to the Project Manager, assisting with project planning, tracking, and reporting. Help ensure that all projects are executed within scope, on time, and on budget while meeting client and quality expectations.
