Job summary

Dynamic Staffing Services seeks a senior Valve Maintenance Supervisor for UAE projects. You will lead valve maintenance teams and subcontractors during shutdowns and turnarounds, coordinating installation, maintenance, repair and testing per the project schedule.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and extensive experience in Oil & Gas/Petrochemical valve maintenance, including at least two shutdown/turnaround projects, and strong knowledge of safety, control and

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering required.
• 78 years of valve maintenance supervisory experience in Oil & Gas/Petrochemical.
• Shutdown/Turnaround experience in at least 2 similar projects.
• Good knowledge of safety valves, control valves and isolation valves.

Responsibilities

• Lead valve maintenance teams and subcontractors during shutdown/turnaround.
• Coordinate valve installation, maintenance, repair and testing as per project schedule.
• Ensure compliance with JSA/FRA, safety and quality procedures.
• Monitor daily progress, resolve execution issues and submit progress reports.
• Maintain quality certificates, work records and documentation.
