Job summary

leading-edge is seeking an experienced UX Designer to join its Digital Banking team. You will craft intuitive, user-centered designs for our customers' digital banking experiences, from research to high-fidelity prototypes.

You will conduct user interviews, create wireframes and prototypes, and collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure feasible, on-brand solutions. A strong portfolio and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of UX design experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Proficiency with Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design and UX best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, accessible digital banking experiences that meet customer needs and business goals.
• Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs aligned with brand standards.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers and stakeholders to ensure feasibility.
• Contribute to design systems, standards, and guidelines.
