Qualifications

• 6-8 years of UX/UI design experience.

We are seeking an experienced Manager UX UI Designer to lead the user experience design process for digital products related to Open Finance The role focuses on creating intuitive seamless and user-centered experiences across web and mobile platforms The ideal candidate will be responsible for wireframing prototyping usability testing support and UI design while collaborating closely with product managers developers and stakeholders to ensure that design solutions align with both user needs and business goals This role requires someone who can own the design lifecycle advocate for users and contribute to the evolution of UX strategy and design processes

Key Responsibilities

• UX amp Interaction DesignDesign the information architecture and interaction flows for websites mobile applications and digital platforms
• Create wireframes user flows and sitemaps to ensure intuitive navigation and seamless user journeys
• Apply user-centered design principles to improve usability and product adoption
• Prototyping amp UI DesignDevelop low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes using tools such as Figma Sketch or Miro
• Create high-quality UI designs mockups and interactive prototypes aligned with design systems
• Work closely with UI and development teams to ensure design feasibility and consistency
• Collaboration amp Stakeholder EngagementCollaborate with product managers developers and cross-functional teams to align design with product strategy
• Present design concepts research insights and usability findings to stakeholders
• Advocate for the user perspective throughout the product lifecycle UX Strategy amp Continuous ImprovementContribute to the development and maintenance of UX strategy aligned with product and business goals Continuously improve design processes workflows and collaboration practices Apply Agile or Lean methodologies to iterate and optimize design outcomes
