Job summary

Commercial Bank of Dubai is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead end-to-end design across mobile and web platforms within the banking context. You will transform complex regulatory and financial requirements into intuitive, scalable product experiences working closely with product, engineering, compliance and marketing teams.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of experience as a Product Designer in financial services or regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end to end product design from discovery through delivery grounded in user needs, business objectives and technical realities.
• Apply design thinking to frame problems, explore opportunities, and align stakeholders around clear problem statements and outcomes.
• Translate complex financial, regulatory and operational requirements into clear, usable product experiences.
• Contribute to product strategy by identifying experience-led opportunities for differentiation and growth.
• Own and evolve the design system, ensuring scalability, accessibility, and brand consistency across platforms.
• Design and govern reusable components, patterns and interaction models for mobile and web products.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure design systems are robust and well documented.
• Champion accessibility, localisation and inclusive design standards aligned with regional/global best practices.
