Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking an experienced Senior UI Designer to own end-to-end design delivery for banking-related products in Dubai. The role focuses on leading UI revamps, building scalable design systems, and aligning with compliance and business goals.

You will mentor designers, ensure accessibility, and collaborate across product, engineering, and stakeholders. Ideal candidates bring 9+ years in UI design, 5+ years in banking, and advanced proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Variants, Libraries).

Desired Candidate Profile

9+ years of UI design experience, with at least 5+ years in Banking

• Proven experience leading UI revamp and modernization projects

• Strong expertise in component-driven design systems

• Advanced proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Libraries)

• Experience designing data-heavy, transaction-focused enterprise applications

• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography systems, spacing frameworks, and

accessibility (WCAG)

• Excellent stakeholder communication and presentation skills

• Portfolio demonstrating scalable systems and measurable UI improvements
