Job summary

MultiBank Group in Dubai seeks a Senior UX/UI Designer to bridge design and engineering, owning our design system and shaping end-to-end experiences across core products. You will translate complex financial workflows into intuitive interfaces and collaborate closely with frontend engineers for precise handovers.

The role emphasizes systems thinking, multi-brand theming, and clear design communication to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A strong fintech background is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of UX/UI design experience, with strong design systems leadership.
• Deep hands-on Figma expertise including variables, auto layout, and theming.
• Proven ability to prepare design handoffs and spec guidance for engineers.
• Experience with fintech, banking, or data-heavy products is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the design system, including components, tokens, and governance.
• Design end-to-end user experiences across the core product suite from concept to specs.
• Lead developer handover with precise annotations, states, edge cases, and responsive behavior.
• Collaborate with frontend engineers to align design and code and maintain consistency.
• Audit component usage across products and mentor mid-level designers.
