Job summary

Globant is seeking a hands-on Product Designer to own the full design lifecycle in a complex banking environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to craft digital experiences for Arabic- and English-speaking customers.

The role involves designing end-to-end experiences across mobile and web, creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs, and conducting user research to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in product/UI/UX design.
• Experience with Figma, wireframing, prototyping and design systems.
• Experience designing Arabic-language interfaces and RTL layouts.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product design process from discovery to final UI design and implementation.
• Design user-friendly digital banking experiences across mobile and web apps.
• Create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
• Conduct user research, usability testing and customer journey mapping to identify opportunities for improvement.
