Job summary

Bybit, a leading cryptocurrency exchange, is seeking a Product Manager to drive growth, localization, and technology-enabled solutions in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to translate complex business needs into scalable product strategies, roadmaps, and execution plans, owning MRDs/PRDs and user stories across the lifecycle. Fluency in Mandarin and English and strong analytical skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English.
• Proven Product Manager with growth/tech experience.
• Strong experience creating MRDs and PRDs.
• Ability to translate ambiguous problems into scalable solutions.
• Experience collaborating with engineering throughout the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand user needs and growth opportunities.
• Translate requirements into roadmaps and execution plans.
• Own MRDs, PRDs, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
• Work with engineering, data, design, and marketing to launch initiatives.
• Define success metrics and analyze post-launch performance.
