You’ll deliver technology professionals across Software Engineering, Cloud, Data, AI and Cyber Security, and manage a strong pipeline, meetings, and negotiations.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract and permanent IT recruitment.
• Strong new business development and client acquisition skills.
• Confident communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and win new client accounts within the IT and technology market.
• Generate leads through proactive business development, networking, referrals, Linked In outreach, email campaigns, and cold calling.
• Engage with decision-makers including Hiring Managers, IT Directors, Heads of Technology, and Procurement teams.
• Arrange and conduct client meetings to understand hiring needs and workforce challenges.
• Negotiate terms of business, rates, and service agreements.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and opportunities.
• Work closely with delivery and recruitment teams to transition newly secured accounts.
• Consistently achieve and exceed new business revenue and activity targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts.
