Job summary

Casa Tera is seeking a proactive Leasing Concierge to welcome prospective tenants, assist during property viewings, and explain rental terms. You will identify client needs, present suitable properties, and respond to inquiries with professionalism.

The role requires strong communication, customer service, and a sales-oriented mindset, with English fluency and knowledge of CRM systems. Ideal candidates are customer-focused, able to work independently or in a team, and comfortable handling

Responsibilities

• Represent the company professionally and maintain a positive image at all times.
