Qualifications

• Prior experience within a luxury hotel or established restaurant environment.
• Be fun, energetic and have a passion for hospitality.
• Already based in the United Arab Emirates.
• Fluent English speaker.

Responsibilities

• Familiar with all food and beverage items on the outlet menu.
• Prepare the outlet for operation including mise-en-place and setting/resetting tables.
• Take food and beverage orders from guests and upsell where possible.
• Use the outlet POS system as prescribed and ensure sales are recorded correctly.
• Serve food and beverages according to established standards.
• Clear tables and remove dirty dishes to the dish area.
• Complete opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Accommodate special requests for food and beverage preparation methods and ingredients where possible.
• Follow presentation guidelines set by the Food & Beverage Manager.
• Maintain the assigned station/section in a clean and orderly manner.
• Ensure brand standards are implemented as required.
