Job summary

Th8 Palm Dubai is seeking a friendly and professional Waiter/Waitress to join our Food & Beverage team. You will greet guests, present menus, take orders, and ensure a memorable dining experience in our Restaurant/Bar/Lounge areas.

A background in luxury hotel service, excellent English, and the ability to upsell are required. You will work as part of a team, maintain spotless areas, handle payments, pour wine, and support colleagues during peak hours.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel.
• Exceptional English communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-focused and reliable with a professional attitude.
• Grooming and appearance standards must be met.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and present them with the menu.
• Inform guests about daily specials and menu changes.
• Suggest food and beverages and upsell.
• Take orders and enter them into the POS, processing payments.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming dining area.
• Open and pour wine at the table.
• Work as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently.
• Handle guest queries and respond promptly.
• Close the shift and drop the cash with the front office.
